This section of the site gives details of the various parts of the extended family. I have also included links, at left, to two external sites run by family members, Cherished Poems and rileyuk.org. Why not pay them a visit as well?
The most famous of my relatives from the last hundred years include Edward FitzGerald (Translator of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khyyam), Andrew Balfour (Naval attache to the court of Siam as seen in The King and I) and William Ernest FitzGerald (Medical Officer for Health at Southport).
